Dunn's 400th HR - Fan Arrested

The fan that retrieved Adam Dunn's 400th home run from the Kauffman Stadium water fountain in Kansas City on Saturday night was immediately arrested and Dunn's home run ball was taken away from him. Nine seconds into the above video clip, you can see a White Sox fan in a #20 Kevin Youkilis White Sox jersey hop the railing and splash into the fountains water to retrieve the ball.  At the one minute mark of the video, the fan is back in the stands soaked from the water with fans surrounding him and a member of the Royals stadium staff questioning him.  Here is the official Kauffman Stadium policy on the water fountains:
If at any time a fan enters a fountain, they will be immediately arrested, transported to the police station downtown and charged to the fullest extent of the law. ...
Fines for entering the fountains or the playing field can be well over $1000 plus court costs as well as the arrest record.

Dunn and Paul Konerko became the first two teammates to hit their 400th home runs in the same season.
