You might want to stay away from the snow cones at Minute Maid Park, especially the “lemon” ones.

An Astros snow cone vendor was busted with his pants down, literally, after a fan took cell-phone video of the vendor stilling on the can at Monday’s 6-5 win over the Royals.

As if paying admission to watch the woeful Astros isn’t bad enough, fans now have to wonder about what’s in their snow cones.

As far as the vendor goes, I understand that when “duty calls” – “duty calls,” and sometimes you just gotta run to the bathroom. But you gotta ask the hot dog guy to watch your snow cones while you run into the john. You can’t bring ‘em in and put ‘em on the floor.

The vendor was fired for his actions. Luckily for him, it seems like the Astros have openings available at all nine positions on the field. He might want to dust off the old ball glove.

The city of Montreal announced on Tuesday that a stretch of road in front of Jarry Park, the place where Gary Carter played his first few years with the Expos, would be named after the Hall of Famer and 11-time Major League All Star who passed away from brain cancer last year. Faillon Street West is now know as Gary Carter Street.

Carter made his big league debut for the Expos in 1974 and played at Jarry Park until the club moved to Olympic Stadium in two years later. He played 12 seasons total in Montreal and won a World Series championship in 1986 with the Mets.

With Citi Field in New York already having a Jackie Robinson Rotunda and a Shea Bridge, it would be nice to see the the Mets find a way to honor Carter in a similar fashion. Perhaps a statue or something like that?

Check out the video above as Juston Upton exacts revenge in the form of a home run after D-backs pitcher Wade Miley hit his younger brother, B.J. with a pitch during the sixth inning of Atlanta's 10-1 route over Arizona on Monday night at Chase Field.

Justin, who was playing in Arizona for the first time since the D-backs traded him to Atlanta in January, didn't take too long to get revenge, as his two-run homer happened just two pitches after Miley hit B.J.

Justin finished 4-for-5 with two run and two RBIs, while Chris Johnson, who was also shipped to Atlanta in the same trade, also added a two-run homer against his former team. Looks like the D-backs might be regretting that deal for many years to come.

Check out the video of Manny's hilariously awesome slide. He only finishes a few feet short of the bag. Things are always changing, but Manny being Manny isn't one of 'em. This guy is still actin' like a clown. He's like a walking character that should have been in the Major League movies.

Nick Swisher has been known to play the game with the passion of a Little Leaguer and Wednesday was no different as he broke out a Sugar Hill Gang "Apache" celebratory dance in the dugout after teammate Carlos Santana went deep in the fourth inning in Cleveland's 4-3 win over the A's. Check the video here.

Swisher also hit a homer in the inning, so that could explain why he's in such a good mood. Will and Carlton better look out!
