Bartolo Colon hurt after taking ball to the face

Check out the video above as veteran Major League righty Bartolo Colon gets busted in the mouth by a a line drive in a Dominican Winter League game for pitching for Aguilas Cibaenas against Gigantes del Cibao on Sunday.

The Dominican native was taken to the hospital, but he didn't suffer any fractures of lose any teeth.

The 39-year-old hurler looks to be on the comeback trail after his 2012 season with the A's ended after he tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug in August. With the World Series in the books, he's set to hit the free agent market.

Who said baseball is over? Call up your bookie and fire out some action on the Dominican Winter League all hurricane long!
