The parking attendants at the FedExForum better make room for a spot for Peyton Manning's shiny new Buick, because the Broncos QB and his wife, Ashley, and former NBA player Penny Hardaway have agreed to join the group of minority owners for the Memphis Grizzlies.
They will join Memphis native Justin Timberlake, who has already signed for a minority share of the team. No formal announce ment has been made yet, because the NBA is still waiting to approve the team's sale to new majority owner Robert J. Pera, the owner of a California tech company. Pera bought the team in June for $350 million had been looking for minority owners since. The NBA is expected to approve the sale to Pera this month.
