Human Freerunning Machine With Jason Paul

Jason Paul is a free runner from Frankfurt, Germany, and he is responsible for this awesome video.  Free running is essentially creating a series of motion triggered events using mechanical engineering and human interaction.  These guys do what you did as a 10 year old in your backyard, except on an extreme sports level.  Check them out.
