Roy Halladay Bobblehead Was Designed For The Trash

What kind of hammerhead shark designed this bobble head?  The doll has Doc Halladay in his wind-up, ready to throw with the glove on his pitching hand!  This either had to be designed somewhere in Pakistan, or by my 80 year old grandmother.
