Just in time for the London Olympics, McDonald's is kicking off an "olympic style menu" that lists under 400 calorie fast-food items. As most of you know, McDonalds is sponsoring the 2012 Olympics which is sort of bizarre for a fast food giant that's always under fire for promoting obesity. Also, McDonald's made the London Olympics a "no fry zone". This means that fries cannot be sold on Olympic grounds, unless they are McDonald's fries of course, according to the sponsorship deal the burger monopoly inked with Olympic sponsorship organizers. Maybe the McDonald's corporation is entering a minor state of panic due to the new, ever-changing, and health conscious society or maybe Mickey Deez just has a "chip on it's shoulder".
