Ryan Lochte "Chillin" With Ludacris In London

Ryan Lochte took some time off of pissing in the pool to check out the USA Men's Basketball Team take on Argentina with fellow swimmer Conor Dwyer.  The two love birds ran into Ludacris and took this gem of a photo.

Luda went to the arena with a sprawling American flag on his shoulders and a massively blinged out wrist watch.  Dude is money, and don't forget that "Everything is on a Ludaversal level!"  What the hell does that mean?
