Dodgers' Matt Treanor watches wife win gold

Check out the video above as Dodgers catcher Matt Treanor reacts after watching his wife Misty May Treanor and her partner Kerri Walsh Jennings win third consecutive gold medal in beach volleyball by defeating Jennifer Kessy and April Ross 21-16, 21-16 in an all-American final on Wednesday.
As you can see in the video, Matt caught the match on a labtap in the clubhouse at Dodger Stadium before a huge celebration broke out. He was congratulated by skipper Don Mattingly and teammate Matt Kemp before he snuck from the guys to shed a few tears of joy.
"Honestly, the tears didn't flow right away, because there was a bunch of people in the room," Matt told MLB.com. "I had to step out," said Treanor, who is in his ninth season in the Majors.
He then went 1-3 as the Dodgers as the topped the Rockies, 6-4. Treanor, who has played in 28 games as the LA's backstop this season is hitting .195 with 2 homers and 10 RBIs.
