Brandon McCarthy Released From Hospital

Brandon McCarthy was released from the hospital today after having emergency surgery on his skull last Wednesday, and it seems like he is back to his old funny twitter self.

This is the first thing he blasted out to fans after leaving the hospital.

This seems like a valid request to me, but I don't think his wife is going to go for it.  I do wish him the best in his valent quest.  A few hours later, he responded to a Rob Delaney tweet (see below).

McCarthy set Rob up lovely with the tweet, but the funniest man on Twitter swung and missed with his comment.  I expect more from the genius that is Rob Delaney.
