Ben Revere makes Willie Mays like basket catch

In the top of the 8th inning during Saturdays Minnesota Twins - Chicago White Sox game, Twins center fielder Ben Revere made a great running over the head basket catch to rob A.J. Pierzynski of and rbi extra base hit.  Really not sure why Revere jumps into the fence after the catch?  The White Sox won the game 5-3 and lead the Tigers by one game in the AL Central.
