Seattle holds 'moment of loudness' at 12:12

Washington governor Jay Inslee proclaimed a "moment of loudness" in Seattle at 12:12 p.m. PT to honor the Seahawks' 12th Man fans and celebrate the team's 43-8 win over the Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII during Wednesday's victory parade.

Very cool idea by the governor. Looks like the estimated 700,000 revelers had a great time doing what they do best -- making a lot of noise.
